What this website processes
This website has no contact form, no newsletter and no analytics or advertising trackers. It does not ask you for personal data.
Like every website, our hosting server keeps technical log files of requests, such as your IP address, the page you visited, the time and your browser. We use them only to keep the website secure and working. Our hosting provider stores them for us. Retention: retention period of the server logs at the hosting provider.
WhatsApp, Telegram and Trustpilot
The WhatsApp and Telegram buttons are ordinary links. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp or Telegram until you click one. When you message us there, we receive your name, number or username and your message, and use them to answer you and, if you become a client, to set up your accounts. WhatsApp and Telegram process that data under their own privacy policies.
Links to our reviews take you to Trustpilot. Trustpilot processes your visit under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep your data
Messages from people who do not become clients: retention period. Client data: as long as necessary for our services and our legal obligations, such as tax record keeping.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict its processing, or to receive it in a portable form. You can also object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Send your request to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
